Service Description

Take your barbell training to the next level and get seriously strong with Olympic Weightlifting Technique from Tribe Strength Lab. Our small group setting of 4-6 athletes, ensures personalized attention and high-quality coaching from a seasoned Olympic weightlifting coach. Perfect for intermediate client who want to take their time and learn in a safe and supportive environment. Our 4-week cycles are designed to help you go beyond the basics and achieve your ultimate strength goals. We'll cover both the snatch and clean & jerk as well as a pull and squat in each session. Experience with basic barbell movements (squat, press, hinge) is required. All classes take place at Aneva in Long Island City, and requite a minimum 3 month commitment.
