Service Description

Become a part of the Tribe Strength Lab and join our semi-private training sessions for strength beginners. In our Strength 101: Barbell Basics program, we cover the fundamental movements of squat, deadlift, and press, as well as bodyweight and kettlebell exercises. With each 4-week cycle building on the previous, you’ll see steady progress in your strength and fitness. Sessions take place at Forte Lab in Astoria and require a minimum 3-month commitment. Groups of 2-3 clients meet once/week on either Tuesdays or Thursdays.
