Small Group Barbell Training

Service Description

This small group training focuses on fundamental barbell lifts such as squats, deadlifts and presses as well as technical training in the olympic lifts. As sessions include a mobility warm up, speed & power drills, 2 primary lifts and accessory exercises. Clients must possess an Aneva membership. The monthly cost for gym access is $150, which grants you unlimited open gym plus sauna & cold plunge use. In addition to the bi-weekly group sessions, athlete will receive access to an additional day of supplemental programming as well as access to our Grow Stronger meal-prep group and weekly Functional Mobility Workouts.
