**Barbell Basics & Beyond** is a dynamic small-group training program designed to teach the core barbell lifts—squats, deadlifts, and presses—while progressively incorporating Olympic lifts. Each session includes a mobility-focused warm-up, speed and power drills, barbell and kettlebell skills, and accessory exercises. This program provides an ideal setting to master the fundamentals of strength training in a supportive, intimate environment. Perfect for those who thrive in a group setting while receiving personalized coaching to help them reach their fitness goals. Class meets 2x/ week on Mondays & Wednesdays @6pm or 7pm. Cost: $50/session
